What warranty and support is included after installation?
All EZTRACK+ hardware includes a manufacturer warranty. Post-installation support is a standard part of the service not an optional add-on. Full warranty terms and support response commitments are reviewed with you before any agreement is signed. Our clients know exactly what they’re getting before they commit.
Is there a minimum number of vehicles required?
No minimum. We work with businesses from single-vehicle operations up to enterprise fleets exceeding 100 units. Fleet discount pricing applies from 3 units onward. Our recommendation: start with your highest-risk vehicles, measure the results, then scale.
How does installation work without disrupting our operations?
Each unit takes under 1 hour to install. Our technician comes to your yard or depot vehicles don’t need to go to a workshop. For large fleet rollouts, we stage installations across days to keep your vehicles operational throughout. A full systems check and team training is completed before we leave.
Which vehicle types are compatible?
All types. Cars, vans, lorries, heavy trucks, tipper trucks, and motorcycles. EZTRACK+ works on every vehicle class making it suitable for mixed fleets in construction, logistics, catering, and distribution. If it has an engine, we can track it.
Does tracking work outside Malaysia?
Yes. EZTRACK+ supports cross-border tracking across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand suitable for shipping-related logistics, freight operators running regional routes, and any business with cross-border delivery or service operations.
Can GPS data be used to verify driver claims and customer invoices?
Directly, yes. Trip history, stop duration logs, geofence timestamps, and fuel sensor data can all verify fuel claims, overtime submissions, mileage reimbursements, and customer delivery records. One client recovered RM18,700 in disputed invoices using exactly this data.
We already have GPS installed. Why would we need EZTRACK+?
